You are invited to Newmarket & District Ringette Association’s 2014 Annual General Meeting Sunday May 4th 1:00-4:30pm The doors will be opening at 1pm for this year’s AGM at the Magna Arena in the Activity Room (up the stairs by the pool to the 3rd floor). Please join us for pizza and refreshments as we take a look back at this past season, enjoy highlights from our teams and our players receive highly deserved awards! We are also accepting EARLY REGISTRATION!!!
There will be an open skate from 3-4pm (be reminded that helmets must be worn on the ice). We are looking for both adult and teen volunteers to be on the ice with the kids. If you would like to volunteer please contact Kim at [email protected].
The meeting portion of the day will commence at 3pm and we are encouraging all parents to participate. The following positions for next year’s Board of Directors have been acclaimed;
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, Referee In Chief, Coach/Player Development, Equipment Manager, OCRRL Rep, Sponsorship, Newsletter, Web, Tournament Chair and Southern Rep.
We are looking for volunteers to fill the Parent Rep, Publicity and Fundraising positions. If you are interested we want to hear from you!
We will also be voting in the Meeting Minutes from the 2013 AGM, these can be found for your review on our websitewww.newmarketringette.ca under Forms & Policies – Minutes. Please take the time to review.
For those players who have not yet returned your team jerseys please bring them with you as we will be collecting them.
