The Ringette season is just around the corner!!  Please find attached the much anticipated Power Skating schedule to kick off the 2014 season. 

Each group will be working on Skating, Passing/Receiving, Shooting and Ring Handling.
    
There will also be Goalie instruction for each lesson.

Cost: $120 per Player *All cheques payable to NDRA*
Duration: 6 x 50min sessions

Sat Sept 20 – 11:30am

 Your Skater must be:

  • Prepared with complete gear to be worn on ice at all times.
  • Dressed appropriately to participate in warm up and stretching exercises.
  • Well hydrated. 

All Skaters should be at the arena 45 minutes prior to the posted start times for the following: 

  • 5 minutes group participant and parent meeting.
  • 15minutes group participant warm up and stretching (dry land) with a registered instructor.
  • 15 minutes participant time to get dressed.
  • 10 minute Pre skate talk.
