Come Try Ringette
Submitted By WebMaster on Wednesday, April 8, 2015
With the last of our tournaments behind us and 'Springette' underway, it's time to drum up some players for next year. That's right - it's time to Come Try Ringette!

We're planning our semi-annual 'Come Try Ringette' event at the Magna Centre on Sunday, April 26th from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and are looking for player and parent volunteers to help at the event.

Click read more for additional details

We also need help spreading the word, and have attached a flyer promoting the event. Please deliver or email this flyer to any friends, neighbours, or classmates who you think might be interested.

*** NOTE: As an added incentive this year, all the young girls who register and attend the event will be entered into a draw for a free Maplelea doll dressed in a ringette uniform - a $195 value! ***

And don't forget the $20 referral bonus you'll receive at the Annual General Meeting if anyone registers for the season as a result of your referral!

There are a variety of volunteer positions available for parents and players of all ages - Greeter and Craft Room Volunteers, Registration Volunteers, On-Ice Volunteers, Craft Room Supervisor, etc.

The success of this event directly impacts the registration numbers for our Association, so the more smiling, helpful ringette ambassadors we have, the better!

Please email Sue Ranta to let me know if you could help out for a few hours with this event. High school students can use these volunteer hours towards their high school requirement.

Thanks in advance for your help, and don't forget to print or forward the attached flyer to anyone who might be interested!
