NDRA would like to invite all NDRA players from U9 to U19 out for some fun activities before the season starts.
The activities will be cardio based along with team building exercises.
When:
6:30 pm to 8 pm on

Where: Ray Twinney Complex REAR FIELD
Please ensure your player is HYDRATED, comes with a full water bottle and the appropriate clothing to do out side athletic activities. Running shoes only as foot wear.
