Hello Ringette Families!
Now that Ringette is over and you may be looking for something with a little less travel and warmer climate. One of our Sponsors, Newmarket Softball is holding indoor FREE skills clinics for any player interested in trying out the sport. I can guarantee your child will see someone they know at their age appropriate time. It is open to male or female and broken down by age to allow for social and skill development. Please see info below from our Sponsor.
Open to everyone, simply come out when able and work on your FUNdamental skills (throwing, hitting, fielding, running, etc)! This is a great way to get in softball shape over the winter months or try your hand at softball. Were you a player last season? Bring a friend to share the fun! NMSA will have an instructor focusing on further developing age-appropriate skills all while focusing on having FUN!
Sessions will run weekly until the end of April 2016.
What will you need?
· Proper running shoes – NO outdoor shoes!
· Proper athletic attire
· Equipment – glove, bat, helmet, etc or whatever you may have
· Your own water – in a sealable container.
· Open Mind – Positive Attitude!
Tuesday’s at Terry Fox P.S. from 8:15PM to 10:15PM for ages 13 – 14 (Novice)
Thursday’s at Terry Fox P.S. from 8:15PM to 10:15PM for ages 15 – 20 (Bantam/Midget)
