2018 Annual General Meeting & Pancake Breakfast, News (Newmarket & District Ringette Association)

All members of the Newmarket and District Ringette Association are invited and encouraged to attend the 2018 Annual General Meeting.

We have so much to celebrate this year!  Successful tournament showings, individual and team achievements!  This was also a great year for our Learn to Play and U8 girls as well, so to celebrate we are hosting a Pancake Breakfast in conjunction with the AGM. 

Attending the AGM is a great way to learn more about your association, meet some new people, hear about what next season will hold and learn about some great volunteering opportunities.  While you the parents participate in the AGM portion there will be face painters on-site to keep the players entertained.

Our association would not survive without our wonderful families and volunteers. Our Board of Directors is currently made up of many dedicated and long serving members, some of whom are moving on to other things at the end of this year.  We are excited to have new volunteers join the Board for next season and would like to see parent representatives on the board from each team.  Therefore, we ask that you please consider volunteering as a board member, on a committee or coaching/bench staff. Nominations for Board of Directors positions are now open.  We do have some current members that have agreed to return next year, however, nominations will be accepted for all positions.  Please see the below for a quick review of the positions.  Nominations can be sent to [email protected].
