Ringette Ontario Back on the Ice: Update & Town Hall
Submitted By Alyssia Byers on Tuesday, June 9, 2020
Hello NDRA families – I hope all is well with you in these unprecedented times.

I suspect many of you are as frustrated and concerned as I am about the future of our game in the current Covid-19 world, so wanted to share with you the latest communication we have received from Ringette Ontario (link here) to at least answer some immediate questions.

The high level points;
*  All Ringette group activity in Ontario is suspended until September 1, 2020.
*  All sanctioned tournaments and league play in Ontario are suspended until January 1, 2021.

There is further here that presents more questions and speculations than answers, but be assured that RO, SRRA, and your NDRA board are doing what they can to keep our membership safe, and to get our athletes back on the ice.

These are extraordinary times with many moving parts - especially around rink based sports - so please watch for further details in the near future.

Thanks You,
Bill Fortier
NDRA President

P.S.  Ringette Ontario will also be hosting a Town Hall on June 11th at 6:00 pm.  Information can be found here
