2020-2021 Registration Refunds & AGM
Submitted By Alyssia Byers on Tuesday, March 23, 2021
Hello Families,

As you know, the NDRA Board has closed the 2020-2021 season. We are currently preparing refunds to families, collecting equipment, jerseys and preparing for our AGM.

Based on the amount of time on the ice and cost for ice, the final charge to families for the 2020-2021 season will be $210 for all ages/teams. Balance refunded to each family will be based on previously paid money and will be prepared by cheque.

The registrar will send each family an email with the amount to be refunded within the next week.

Once all cheques are prepared you will be notified of a date, time, and location to pick up your cheque. We are asking that if you have an NDRA jersey or any NDRA equipment that you bring it with you during your scheduled time. Refund cheques will not be issued without the return of NDRA jerseys and equipment.

If you are unsure if you need to return your jersey, please contact our equipment managers at [email protected] or confirm with your coach.

NDRA will host its 2019-2020 & 2020-2021 AGM virtually this year. The date will be TUESDAY MAY 18 at 7pm. It will be held using Zoom and pre-registration will be required to confirm quorum. Registration and zoom details will be sent out in early April.

Your NDRA Board will be making some minor changes to the By-Laws this year to account for the Covid context.

If any member wishes to suggest additional changes to the By-Laws, they must be submitted to NDRA before April 12 for review and consideration. These recommendations will be included in the AGM package that will be sent out by April 18 to all members for voting at the AGM.

Bylaws and Policies can be found on the website https://newmarketringette.ca/Libraries/1109/Policies/

Spring Ringette

Due to ice availability issues, lack of interest, and safety concerns, NDRA will not be moving forward with a spring session this year.  We look forward to welcoming you all back in the Fall, 2021!

Your NDRA Board of Directors
